   International Aerobic Week

   Sun, Beach and Fitness at the next International Aerobics 
   Week
   from 11th of May till 18th of May 2008 
   Dear fitnessfriends,
   in this mail we want to inform you about our inter- national Aerobics 
   Week in May and invite you again to our next fitness highlight in October.

   The about 120 participants of the International Aerobics Week at the Fitness Company 
   Club Ali Bey were impressed by the more than 100 group fitness courses which were 
   presented by international top instructors and several workshops.

   The range of courses was as comprehensive as multi- sided: Besides Aerobic, Step, BBP, 
   Dynamic Pilates and Yoga there were also more exotic courses like for example Funk Jazz, 
   Tai Chi,   Latin           Moves and a Shiatsu partner massage to take part in. The next week
   is from 21.09 till 28.09.2008 in Club Ali Bey Manavgat.
