On request, we provide transfer to and from airport for a fee.
How long does it take to drive from airport to Club Ali Bey?
Belek is a distance about 20 minutes, Manavgat is a distance about 60 minutes.
Can I take my pet with Club Ali Bey?
Sorry, we don´t accept any pets.
How do I have to pay?
You can pay your room bill in cash or with credit cards. In our shops you can pay in cash with Turkish Lira or cheques or credit cards. Shopping bills can not be payed with the room bill .
How do I have to pay drinks in bars?
You get a personel card from reception, this card is necessary for payment, you don´t have to care about cash money.
On leaving Club Ali Bey, you get a bill.

Is club complex suitable for wheel chairs?
Yes, some houses have a ramp, also all restaurants.
Please give note, that a house with a ramp is necessary.
Is there a dry cleaner´s?
Yes, we have special bags in the rooms, put there clothes you will send to cleaner´s for a fee.
Do personel speak German?
